A leading international law firm is seeking a dynamic CRM Manager to lead the deployment and ongoing development of its Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Business Development (BD) products. Reporting to the Director of Products and working closely with Business Development and Tech teams, you’ll drive the CRM strategy, embed a strong sales culture, and ensure data and systems support the firm’s growth objectives. This is a hands-on, senior-facing role requiring exceptional influencing skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for data-driven business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the upgrade, deployment, and integration of InterAction and HubSpot, motivating adoption across the firm.
  • Plan and execute the firm’s CRM strategy to deliver business development objectives.
  • Train lawyers and legal operations teams on CRM best practices, driving adoption and cultural change.
  • Manage CRM data compliance and governance, including GDPR adherence.
  • Oversee BD data strategy, pipeline management, client segmentation, and reporting.
  • Provide leadership to a team of three Executives, ensuring high performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with Tech and suppliers to troubleshoot systems, test functionality, and drive automation.
  • Deliver data-driven updates on BD product portfolio and lead complex project planning and execution.
