A not-for-profit housing business is hiring for a Contract Management Lead to build a clear, practical framework for how they manage suppliers across Corporate Services (Finance, HR, Transformation and more). What You'll Do

  • Review suppliers and sort them into clear tiers by risk and importance
  • Build simple end-to-end processes for managing suppliers, from onboarding to renewal and exit
  • Set up governance: who owns what, who reviews what, and how issues get escalated
  • Create practical tools β€” scorecards, dashboards, templates
  • Win buy-in through workshops and presentations, from execs to day-to-day users
  • Spot savings opportunities and track the benefits delivered
  • Document everything clearly so it lasts after you leave

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in contract and supplier management
  • Comfortable designing governance frameworks from scratch
  • Strong communicator, confident with senior stakeholders
  • Used to working through influence, not authority
