Portfolio Manager | Permanent | Hybrid Our client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their Planning and Portfolio Team, providing dedicated analytical and operational support across their Transformation & Change Portfolio . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio management, resource management or analytical environments , who enjoys working with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insight and support effective portfolio-level decision-making. Resource data quality and management Resource forecasting and planning Working closely with project teams, resource owners, delivery leads and enabling functions Building strong internal networks and driving engagement across delivery teams You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, building relationships, asking the right questions and leading conversations to ensure accurate and timely information is available to support planning and delivery. Experience within transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio or resource management Experience managing and improving data quality and management information The ability to work independently while building effective relationships across teams Hybrid – 20–40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office/working location Contract: Permanent, Full Time
