We’re supporting a growing consultancy in the search for an experienced Director-level Oracle Delivery leader to join their expanding practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys overseeing complex Oracle programmes, and can lead high-performing delivery teams across multiple engagements.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple Oracle projects across a varied client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, commercially, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end Oracle programme delivery
- Managing and mentoring delivery teams across multiple projects
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading client meetings and representing the consultancy at senior stakeholder level
- Ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively and in line with expectations
- Supporting wider practice growth and strategic delivery initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering Oracle programmes within a consultancy environment
- Background working within a Big Four or similar consulting business preferred
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, and Supply Chain modules
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confident, outgoing, and highly client-facing
