A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Peterborough with a hybrid working pattern (3 days onsite).

This is a broad and highly visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in ambiguity, and is comfortable switching between strategic projects and hands-on operational leadership.

You'll lead a sizeable HR function, managing a team of approximately 20 people (including 3 direct reports), while supporting a range of business-critical initiatives. Alongside overseeing day-to-day HR operations, you'll play a key role in compliance and governance activities, including audits, reporting requirements, employing entity oversight, and workforce compliance processes.
