A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to support a significant HR systems transformation programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Data Lead, you'll play a critical role in preparing HR data for migration into a new Workday environment. This position will focus on assessing, cleansing, validating and enhancing existing HR data while working closely with HR, Data and Technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the SAP ECC HR data subject matter expert.
  • Analysing and improving the quality of existing HR data.
  • Supporting data migration and transformation activities into Workday.
  • Producing meaningful reporting and data insights.
  • Working collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance throughout the programme.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Proven experience working with SAP ECC in an HR environment (essential).
  • Strong HR data analysis and reporting expertise.
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations or large-scale system migrations.
