Learning & Development Trainer β Health & Social Care
Levicare | Warrington (Hybrid/On-site as required) | Β£26,000βΒ£28,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Levicare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team and make sure every candidate we place is safe, compliant, and confident before they start work.
You'll deliver First Aid/Basic Life Support (BLS), Moving & Handling, and CPI training to our candidate pool, working closely with our booking, and recruitment team to keep candidates training-ready for placement β as part of our internal team, not a training provider or client site.
What you'll do:
- Plan and deliver First Aid/BLS, Moving & Handling, other mandatory training and CPI (Crisi Prevention Institute) training sessions
- Assess competence and issue certification in line with accreditation requirements
- Keep accurate, audit-ready training records for every candidate
- Work with our Recruitment Consultants to identify training needs ahead of placement
- Help shape and grow Levicare's in-house training offering
What you'll need:
- Trainer/assessor qualification(s) in First Aid/BLS, Moving & Handling, and/or CPI (some but not all is fine)
- Background in health, social care, or a related clinical field
- Experience delivering training to adult learners
- Strong facilitation skills and excellent record-keeping
- A full UK driving licence, if training will be delivered across multiple sites
