LeviCare is a leading Health & Social Care Recruitment Solutionist operating across the Northwest of England. We specialize in providing high-quality agency staff to support care providers and ensure the best service for their residents. We are now looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our team and support our growing operations.

Work Arrangement: This is a work-from-home role with a requirement to meet at the office once a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 2 PM.

This role requires someone with strong experience in finance, particularly in credit control, invoicing, and payroll. Proficiency in Excel, Xero, and Sage is highly desirable, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. If you enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent customer service, this role is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and dispatch invoices accurately and within defined timescales.
  • Collate timesheets and assist in calculating the weekly payroll run.
  • Manage debt collection and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and investigate variances.
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  • Ensure timely and precise delivery of required MI reports.
  • Provide support to agency employees, clients, and affiliates regarding financial queries.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with general finance-related inquiries.
  • Undertake other finance-related tasks as required by management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Xero and SAGE online 50 payroll applications.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
