In-House Trainer to join our team and take ownership of delivering our mandatory training programme, in full compliance with

CQC guidelines , alongside

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training at Foundation Level, Edition 3 .

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering CQC-mandated training across our healthcare staffing teams — covering areas such as safeguarding, moving and handling, infection control, medicines management, and health & safety.
  • Delivering CPI Foundation Level (Edition 3) training, equipping staff with the skills to prevent and safely manage crisis situations.
  • Designing engaging, practical training sessions suited to a range of learning styles.
  • Keeping training records accurate, up to date, and inspection ready.
  • Identifying training needs across the business and helping close any gaps.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering mandatory training within health or social care.
  • A current CPI Instructor certification (Foundation Level, Edition 3) — or willingness to obtain this.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • A relevant Train the Trainer qualification.
  • What You'll Get
