About the Role:

Levitech is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple international platforms including Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Douyin/TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform\’s unique audience and algorithm
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Asian and Western social media platforms
• Manage daily operations across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Douyin/TikTok, and YouTube accounts
• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximise engagement and reach
• Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Engage with followers and build community across all platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Xiaohongshu and Douyin
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of Chinese and Western social media landscapes
• Excellent content creation skills (photo, video editing, copywriting)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-cultural marketing
• Knowledge of e-commerce integration on social platforms
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills

Hours:
Flexible scheduling, approximately 4-10 hours per week
