Managing all paid acquisition channels, including Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, and emerging media tactics, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating eCommerce growth, managing an annual budget and steering European market performance in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
While this role sits within the European Performance Marketing team, it requires close collaboration with Creative, Levi.com Trading, Brand Marketing, Regional Analytics, and external media partners to deliver a cohesive, customer‑centric, full‑funnel media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the Paid Media & Demand Generation Objectives
- Define and optimise the future paid media channel mix, partnering with the Performance Marketing team and Levi.com Trading to maximise revenue efficiency and profitability.
- Lead media agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class activation across Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social and additional performance channels.
- Establish and own advanced testing roadmaps (e.g. SEM, audience segmentation, bidding strategies) to accelerate performance and innovation.
- Ensure consistent delivery of weekly and monthly performance reporting, highlighting clear insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Drive strong integration between Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing to deliver joined‑up media strategies.
- Partner with Ecom Operations and Site Merchandising to align paid media investment with trading priorities, commercial moments (MSS, EOSS, BF), product launches and availability.
- Oversee asset management workflows across internal creative teams, agencies and platform partners.
- Act as the strategic connector between Performance Marketing and Regional Analytics.
- Deliver performance media data into Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects and critically evaluate outputs to inform future optimisation across brand and performance investment.
- Own the delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key media partners such as Google, Meta and other social platforms.
- Develop and present performance reviews to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, value‑driving insights.
- Build deep understanding of the key drivers behind performance KPIs across channels.
- Perform strategic analysis using internal and external data to guide budget allocation, campaign strategy and long‑term planning.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess ROI across promotions, campaigns and new marketing channels.
About You
- Proven experience leading performance marketing activity, ideally within eCommerce and multi‑market environments.
- Deep expertise across Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, and agency management.
- Highly analytical, with experience interpreting complex datasets and using insights to inform decision‑making.
- Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
