About the Job
As the Menswear Visual Merchandising & Styling Specialist - Europe, you will play a key role in shaping how Levi's® Menswear comes to life across the European market.
Reporting to the Visual Styling Manager and partnering closely with Brand Experience, Merchandising, Planning and Global teams, you will develop and execute visual merchandising and styling initiatives that inspire consumers, strengthen seasonal storytelling and support category growth across retail and wholesale channels.
Combining creative vision, styling expertise and commercial awareness, you will translate seasonal product and brand strategies into impactful visual experiences, from windows and mannequin styling to flagship consumer journeys and in-store storytelling.
Through strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help elevate the consumer experience and reinforce Levi's® position as a leading lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising & Styling Strategy
- Define and execute the visual merchandising and styling strategy for Menswear across Europe, balancing commercial objectives with premium brand expression.
- Develop seasonal styling concepts and visual merchandising direction for windows, mannequins and in-store presentations that bring product stories to life and inspire consumers.
- Define the longer-term vision for Menswear styling, product presentation and visual merchandising across the region
- Seasonal Storytelling & Creative Direction
- Partner with Brand Experience (BX), Merchandising, Planning and Global Brand Experience (GBX) teams to develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising directives aligned with both global priorities and regional market needs.
- Translate seasonal campaigns, brand stories and product strategies into compelling visual merchandising guidelines, styling tools and execution materials for stores across Europe.
- Represent European consumer insights and market needs through ongoing collaboration with global partners, ensuring locally relevant execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Consumer Experience & Category Growth
- Lead the styling and consumer journey strategy for Menswear across flagship locations, creating elevated and differentiated brand experiences.
- Ensure product presentation, styling execution and storytelling elements deliver an engaging and consumer-centric shopping experience while supporting commercial objectives
- Partner closely with Merchandising teams to support category growth through impactful visual merchandising, styling initiatives and compelling product storytelling.
- Activations & Capability Building
- Support seasonal presentations, activations and visual storytelling initiatives that bring Menswear product strategies and brand priorities to life across the region.
- Provide visual merchandising and styling expertise for wholesale activations and special projects, ensuring consistent and impactful brand presentation across all consumer touchpoints.
- Partner with Field VM teams and the Global VM Trainer to support training, coaching and best-practice sharing, driving executional excellence across the European region.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Styling, Retail Presentation, Brand Experience or a related fashion retail environment.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising, styling, product storytelling and consumer experience.
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into commercially effective retail experiences.
- Strong creative eye with a passion for fashion, styling, product presentation and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design
- Experience working across multiple markets within an international retail environment is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30%).
This is a hybrid position based in our Central London Office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week , though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary for this role is
£39,700 gross per year.
The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
Salary ranges may vary by location and currency.
