Find your fit -and your future.

ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting into the CRM Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of automated CRM programs, focusing on lifecycle triggers that drive engagement, retention, and commercial growth. Your role will centre around two core areas:

Development of New CRM Lifecycle Triggers

You’ll support and lead on delivering new lifecycle campaigns:

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager, Product, and Data teams to develop insight-led creative briefs

  • Own the creative briefing process across Copy and Design

  • Manage the build process with our CRM agency (Cordial), including QAing and supporting deployment

  • Help identify new trigger opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and business intelligence

  • Conduct competitor and market research to ensure our programs are industry-leading

  • Support prioritisation of new triggers and partner with the Technical CRM Manager to define audience and data requirements

  • Collaborate with Global and US teams to share learnings and align on strategy

  • Lead on measurement and reporting for new triggers to track effectiveness and drive optimisation

Testing and Optimisation of Existing CRM Programs

You’ll help ensure our existing triggers are continuously improved:

  • Develop and deliver a testing roadmap with the CRM Manager

  • Run end-to-end tests to optimise performance, from planning through to deployment

  • Apply strong measurement practices, including control groups and A/B testing

  • Analyse test results and make clear, actionable recommendations

ABOUT YOU

  • You’ve worked in CRM, customer retention, or email marketing, ideally with experience in lifecycle triggers or automations

  • You bring a strong customer focus and commercial mindset

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus

  • Confident working with data and audience segmentation, with a test-and-learn approach to decision making

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for creative and content

  • Open, curious, and collaborative – comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about retail, with a strong interest in fashion and the customer experience

  • A proactive team player who’s used to managing deadlines and driving work forward
