What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, deliver strong results, and ensure store operations run smoothly — stepping up to take full responsibility when required. Here’s how you’ll make it happen:
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities
- Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus
- Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports, and supporting action plans to improve results
- Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge
- Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values
- Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times
- Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
