We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi’s, Dockers, Denizen and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.Job PurposeTo fully support the Returns Team Leader whilst working alongside a team engaged in processing customer returns which include E-Commerce, Consumers, RRL & Wholesale.Ensure the UWS/Returns area is always monitored and returns are actioned to the agreed procedures in line with our service level agreement.To ensure Jackpot, cancelled picking tickets, Locations counting and all other inventory duties are actioned accurately and effectively.Responsibilities· Provide first line coaching and training to returns operatives to ensure efficient teamwork.· To expedite all returns in an accurate and timely manner as and when required by Team Leader.· Investigation, troubleshooting and reporting accordingly of all issues and priorities affecting Inventory accuracy.· Holiday / Absence support for Team leader.· Ensure the accurate and safe use of the in-house systems by the team to ensure efficient working practices.· Operate within Health and Safety legislation and Levi\’s Health and Safety requirements to contribute to a safe, challenging, rewarding, productive environment.·Required skills and competencies to consider before applying· Previous experience of working in an FMCG Warehouse operation.· A high level of customer orientation.· Ability to work under pressure· Ability to collaborate and build internal and external partnerships.· Flexibility – (this includes working in other areas of the DC when required to meet business/customer deadlines).· Initiative.· Good communication skills.· PC skills – Good understanding and knowledge of computer databases.· Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures.## ## **LOCATION**Northampton, United Kingdom## ## **FULL TIME/PART TIME**Full time##Our common thread: We\’re originals.From day one, we\’ve been doing it our way — creating our own drumbeat and building something that\’s different from the rest.
