As a Keyholder you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, leading by example, supporting the wider team, and ensuring smooth store operation during your shifts.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values
- Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
- Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
- Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
- Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
- Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‐performing team environment
Qualifications
- A passion for the Levi’s brand and a strong alignment with our values
- Previous experience working in a retail environment with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs
- Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution‐focused mindset
- The ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast‐paced environment
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support store management where needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
