As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service by working as part of a team and embodying our brand values.
- Supporting store management with daily tasks and store duties.
- Motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve exceptional customer service and meet personal targets.
- Providing guidance and direction to help develop the sales team and achieve KPIs.
- Maintaining strong visual standards across the store.
- Assisting with stock deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
- Opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers.
