ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our affiliate channel across Europe. Based in London, this role sits within the European Performance Marketing team and plays a key role in supporting demand-driving activity for Levi.com. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimisation and development of the affiliate channel, helping to drive revenue performance and improve efficiency.

Working closely with internal teams including Creative Studio, Levi.com Trading, Brand Marketing and PR, as well as external affiliate partners, you’ll contribute to a cohesive, full-funnel media strategy while building specialist expertise in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of affiliate revenue objectives
  • Support the execution of the annual affiliate plan, contributing to revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting with clear, actionable insights.
  • Assist in evaluating ROI across campaigns, promotions and key commercial moments.
  • Contribute to testing initiatives within the affiliate channel to improve performance and scale opportunities.
  • Affiliate channel management & optimisation
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the affiliate platform (Rakuten), becoming the team’s subject matter expert.
  • Implement content and promotional plans across key affiliate verticals.
  • Coordinate campaign set-up, tracking validation and offer launches.
  • Support commission strategy execution and partner activation plans.
  • Analyse internal and external data to identify growth opportunities within the affiliate channel.
  • Partner relationship management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners to secure exposure and optimise performance.
  • Support regular performance reviews with partners, sharing results against objectives and identifying next steps.
  • Research and onboard new affiliate partners, conducting cost–benefit analysis to assess potential value.
  • Support expansion into new markets by identifying relevant local partners and opportunities.

About You

  • Experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing, ideally within an eCommerce environment
  • Experience working with an affiliate platform (Rakuten experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with performance data.
  • Fluent English required; an additional European language (German, French or Dutch) is a plus.

This is a hybrid position based in our London office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is £39,700 - £52,900 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
