As a Visual Merchandiser & Keyholder at Levi's, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life. You will be responsible not only for delivering elevated visual standards across the store but also for supporting store operations as a trusted keyholder. You'll inspire both customers and your team by creating impactful product stories, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- Maintain and execute strong visual standards throughout the store, following Levi's VM guidelines.
- Create engaging product displays and outfit builds that maximise commercial opportunities.
- React to sales trends by adjusting visual layouts and product placement to drive performance.
- Support product launches, window changes, floor moves, and seasonal updates.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service by bringing brand values to life.
- Support, motivate, and coach stylists to create meaningful customer interactions.
- Lead by example in product knowledge, styling advice, and denim expertise.
- Act as a keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the store when management is absent.
- Support the Store Management team with daily operations and store duties.
- Assist with deliveries, stockroom organization, and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to help hit KPIs and personal targets.
- Help maintain a safe and well-presented store environment.

- Has previous visual merchandising experience within retail.
