What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
- Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
- Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
- Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.
- Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
- Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.
