JOB DESCRIPTION
This Admin & Training Supervisor position is a unique opportunity to lead on key people and operational processes in our Regent Street flagship store. As part of the Supervisor structure, this role will combine day-to-day floor leadership with a strong focus on onboarding, training, and HR-related responsibilities.
Key parts of the role:

Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities

Lead and manage the full onboarding and induction process for all new hires

Organise and deliver team training sessions and Fit Parties
-
Maintain and improve the team review and development structure
-
Manage timecards, absence and lateness, including supporting investigations and record keeping

Assist with store operations such as stock management, admin and rota planning
-
Monitor team performance through reporting and help drive store targets

Support day-to-day floor leadership during peak trade, weekends, and holidays
