Job Description:

As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment that celebrates change and ideas. You will act as a vital link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by teamwork and embodying our brand values
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
• Motivating and supporting the sales team to meet personal and store targets
• Providing guidance to the sales team for their development and KPI achievement
• Maintaining strong visual standards in the store
• Assisting with stock deliveries and organization
• Opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers

Candidate Requirements:

Passion for the brand, experience in retail sales and KPI management, strong customer service skills, and team leadership experience are essential. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, is required.
