**Job Description**
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as a vital link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service through teamwork and brand values
- Supporting store management with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve customer service excellence and personal targets
- Providing guidance to help develop the sales team and meet KPIs
- Maintaining strong visual standards across the store
- Assisting with stock deliveries and organization of the stockroom
- Opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers
