Job Description

As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by working as a team and embodying our brand values.
2. Support store management with daily tasks and store duties.
3. Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
4. Provide guidance and development opportunities for the sales team to meet KPIs.
5. Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
6. Assist with stock deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
7. Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Ideal candidate:

We value candidates who share our brand values and are passionate about Levi’s. Experience in retail sales, KPI management, and customer service is essential. The ability to work as part of a team and support management, including team leadership on the shop floor, is also important.
