## **JOB DESCRIPTION**## Job PurposeTo provide support for Despatch Team Leaders whilst working alongside a team engaged in the loading and despatching of stock from within our warehouse operation. Ensuring that all inventories and orders destined for our customers are accurate and on time. To ensure that the Despatch area is manned and operable as and when required by the business and to maintain and update all reporting procedures using various business applications.## Responsibilities* Provide first line coaching and training to warehouse operatives in order to ensure efficient team work;* To expedite all orders in an accurate and timely manner as and when required by Team leaders;* Investigation, troubleshooting and reporting accordingly of all issues and priorities affecting deliverance of plan;* Holiday / Absence support for Team leaders ;* Ensure the accurate and safe use of the in-house systems by the team to ensure efficient working practices;* Operate within Health and Safety legislation and Levi\’s Health and Safety requirements to contribute to a safe, challenging, rewarding, productive environment.**Required skills and competencies to consider before applying*** Previous experience of working in a FMCG Warehouse operation;* A high level of customer orientation;* Leadership skills;* Ability to work under pressure;* Ability to collaborate and build internal and external partnerships;* Flexibility;* Initiative;* Good communication skills;* PC skills – Good understanding and knowledge of computer databases;* Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures.## ## **LOCATION**Northampton, United Kingdom## ## **FULL TIME/PART TIME**Full time##Our common thread: We\’re originals.From day one, we\’ve been doing it our way — creating our own drumbeat and building something that\’s different from the rest.
