We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our expanding Litigation department in our Leeds office.
The role
- Assisting the Dispute Resolution team with often complex commercial and property disputes as well as professional negligence cases.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing documents
- Drafting court applications
- Taking witness statements
- Researching
- Taking new enquiries
- Attending client meetings in support of the solicitor
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working on commercial, property and/or professional negligence cases, as well as:
- A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent client care skills
- Good knowledge of document and case management systems
