Our client is a leading boutique sustainability focused asset manager with over 50bn in assets. They are currently looking to hire an Investor Client Services/ IR support – VP Level professional to join their Private Markets team. This is a high-impact, technically focused role that will sit at the centre of fundraising support, investor reporting, and cross-functional project delivery. It offers the opportunity to work closely with investment, finance, and investor relations teams to help drive the success of the private equity strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the private equity fundraising and investor relations teams with high-quality reporting, presentations, and marketing materials
- Prepare and manage data packs, performance benchmarking, and responses to LP requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, structure, and synthesise information for investor communications
- Drive improvements in data and reporting workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency
- Lead and support project management efforts tied to fundraising operations and client deliverables
- Ensure data accuracy across fund and portfolio-level materials and internal systems
- Contribute to analytical content that supports fundraising narratives and investor engagement
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally within private equity (LP or GP side), investor relations support, or a middle-office function
- Strong technical skills and comfort working with large datasets, fund reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience producing materials for institutional investors and supporting fundraising or client service teams
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in building compelling and accurate presentations and reports
- A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Intellectually curious, proactive, and career-oriented—keen to grow in a high-performing, operationally focused role
- Not seeking a move into direct fundraising, but excited to contribute meaningfully to its success from a support and strategy perspective
