Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and business development initiatives across the UAE and wider GCC region.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the London HQ to ensure seamless delivery of tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
- Drive revenue growth while upholding the firm’s values of independence, client alignment, and service excellence.
About You
- Proven track record in sales leadership within financial services, investment management, or family office environments.
