Job Description
A prominent global investment management firm is looking for an accomplished RFP Writer to become part of its Client Operations team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-performing group that delivers exceptional support to institutional investors across more than sixty countries. The organization oversees assets for a wide-ranging clientele, including pension funds, insurers, endowments, foundations, and public sector institutions, reflecting its reputation for excellence and global reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit and proofread firm- and product-level content for client questionnaires and related materials.
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, trading operations, compliance processes, and risk management.
- Partner with investment, client-facing, and operational teams to ensure accurate, insightful, and consistent messaging.
- Manage and maintain content using the firm’s internal content management and response systems.
- Stay informed on market trends and client priorities to ensure all responses are current and aligned with client expectations.
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in RFP, investment writing, or a similar role within the asset management industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-friendly language.

- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
- Experience with ESG is an advantage.
