Operations Analyst

We are working with an established boutique investment management firm looking to hire a pro-active and tech-savvy Operations Analyst into their team. This is a broad, hands-on operations role supporting the day-to-day running of the investment platform and working closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Finance and external service providers. Experience within Global Equities is preferred. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocation, confirmation and settlement Monitoring cash, positions, reconciliations and exception reports Investigating and resolving operational breaks, discrepancies and data issues Supporting corporate actions and cash and position controls Liaising with custodians, administrators and other external service providers Maintaining accurate operational records and evidence of controls Monitoring operational risks, escalating issues where required Supporting reporting, data quality and wider operational controls Contributing to improvements across workflows, automation and operational processes We are looking for someone with relevant experience within investment management operations who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment and managing a varied workload. You should have a good understanding of the investment and trade lifecycle, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external providers.
