Investor Relations Associate Director in Manchester

We are looking for an Associate Director level Investor Relations professional for a leading private credit asset manager. We are looking for an individual specialised in private credit with 6 to 8 years of experience.

Strong experience in capital formation and investor relations within private credit. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of private credit markets, strategies, fundraising processes, and investor communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Managing relationships with limited partners (LPs) and potential investors
• Coordinating fundraising activities and investor reporting
• Conducting financial analysis and communicating complex investment strategies to investors
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and investment memoranda
• Act as SME internally for product and client related inquires
• Liaise with all the PMs and work with all heads of departments, so professionalism and confidence to gather the required information is key.
• This team do the entire end to end client lifecycle: pitch, prospectuses, DDQs, RFPs, ad hoc questions, on boarding, then all on going investor communications and servicing, included reporting and any bespoke servicing.
• Collaborating with investment teams to gather and present portfolio performance data

Desired qualifications

• 6 – 10 years of experience in investor relations, working on private credit strategies
• Strong network of relationships with investors specializing in credit investments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have thorough and comprehensive technical knowledge of the private markets landscape.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of private credit markets, structures, and trends
• Experience with fundraising and investor reporting processes
