We are partnering with a respected UK-based asset manager seeking to hire an Investment Marketing Specialist to join their London-based team. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, with the opportunity to shape and evolve the firm’s digital marketing capabilities over time. The position is designed for someone who enjoys both hands-on execution and strategic ownership, with long-term scope to grow into a broader leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
- Manage digital campaign delivery including email marketing, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting
- Support and optimise website governance and CMS management (WordPress preferred)
- Drive optimisation across email, SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, and social channels
- Lead integration across martech systems including CRM, analytics, and customer data platforms
- Work closely with international marketing teams to improve platform usage, campaign execution, and digital effectiveness
- Manage and develop offshore digital support resources over time
- Support data management, platform optimisation, and marketing performance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing automation, digital marketing operations, or martech
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Marketo, WordPress, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Experience with campaign optimisation, reporting, marketing data integrations, and digital performance analysis
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within marketing platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across global teams
- Background within investment management, financial services, or another regulated environment is beneficial
