We are partnering with a highly respected global investment boutique to appoint an exceptional individual who already operates at, or is ready to step into Managing Director or Partner level. This is a strategic appointment with the opportunity to play a significant role in the firm's long-term growth and, for the right individual, a clear pathway towards Partnership. This is a rare opportunity for a proven senior fundraiser to join a business recognised for its long-term investment philosophy, differentiated approach and commitment to sustainable investing.

We are looking for an individual with an outstanding reputation, an exceptional network and a demonstrable track record of raising assets from sophisticated institutional and wholesale investors.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading capital raising across high-conviction public equity strategies
  • Developing and executing strategic business development initiatives across the UK and Europe
  • Building trusted relationships with institutional investors, pension schemes, wealth managers, consultants and family offices
  • Representing the firm externally with credibility and authority, becoming a trusted adviser to clients
  • Working closely with investment teams and senior leadership to shape client strategy and long-term growth

We're looking for someone who offers:

  • 10-15+ years' experience in institutional and/or wholesale business development within investment management
  • An exceptional, demonstrable track record of raising assets and winning new mandates
  • Deep, long-standing relationships across institutional investors, wealth managers, private banks and investment consultants
  • Strong public equity expertise, with the ability to articulate sophisticated investment strategies to experienced allocators
  • A consultative, strategic approach and the credibility to engage with senior investment professionals and C-suite stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for responsible investing and sustainable capital allocation
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

This opportunity will suit an ambitious, commercially driven individual who wants to represent a genuinely differentiated investment proposition within a collaborative, entrepreneurial and intellectually rigorous environment. You'll have the autonomy to make a significant commercial impact while working alongside some of the industry's most respected investment professionals.

At Leverton Search, we prioritise equity throughout the recruitment process. We are committed to ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all applicants. If there is anything we can do to make the process more accessible to you, please let us know.
