Client Service Operations Analyst – Investment Management

We’re working with a leading global investment management firm seeking a Client Operations Analyst to join their growing EMEA team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of operational experience within asset management who is looking to step into a more client servicing role. Working closely with teams across Investment Services, Technology, and Client Relations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of operational services for EMEA-based clients
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance
• Monitor key operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational reporting
• Build knowledge across custody, fund structures, and regulatory frameworks

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years’ experience in investment operations, client services or related role in asset management
• Ideally having worked in the institutional space
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational systems (salesforce)
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes / investment vehicles is ideal
