We are working with a boutique, London-based investment manager focused on listed equities within the global energy transition, seeking to hire an Investor Relations Manager / Head of IR. This is a high-impact, front-office role at a pivotal stage of growth, offering the opportunity to take ownership of fundraising and investor engagement, while working closely with the founders to scale the business.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts and building out the firm’s investor base, initially focusing on UHNW individuals and family offices across the UK and Europe, with scope to expand into institutional channels over time. You will play a central role in shaping the firm’s commercial strategy, managing investor relationships, and driving AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the firm’s fundraising strategy across UHNW and family office channels
  • Develop and manage a robust investor pipeline, with clear tracking and reporting of activity
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with investors and key stakeholders
  • Own CRM systems, investor communications, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate and deliver investor events and broader marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the founders to refine messaging and positioning
  • Manage external partners and support the ongoing development of the IR function

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven, quantifiable track record in fundraising / sales, particularly within UHNW and family office segments
  • Experience raising capital for public markets strategies, ideally with exposure to listed infrastructure or energy transition investing
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to originate and close new business
  • Entrepreneurial approach, comfortable operating in a lean and evolving environment
  • Experience in investor relations, distribution, or a similar client‑facing role within asset management
