Our client is a highly regarded, responsible investment-led asset manager with a strong long-term track record. They are looking for an experienced RFP professional to join their Market Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports business growth and client retention through the delivery of high-quality RFPs, DDQs and client materials, alongside pitch and presentation content.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, tailored RFP, DDQ and RFI responses within deadlines
- Translating complex investment content into clear, engaging written materials
- Producing and maintaining pitch books and standard documentation
- Collaborating with investment, product, client service and sales teams to source accurate content
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintaining the RFP content library (e.g. Qvidian) and supporting database updates
- Ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
- Supporting ad hoc client and intermediary queries
Personal attributes
- Proven RFP/DDQ experience within asset management
- Strong knowledge of investment products and asset classes
- Experience with Qvidian or similar tools
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proactive, collaborative and self-motivated
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
