Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and relationship management team covering French-speaking regions
- Coordinate and prepare client meeting materials, pitchbooks, factsheets, and RFPs/RFIs
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client activity and pipeline data
- Client reporting
- Respond to client and prospect requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of client service
- Assist in organising roadshows, conferences, and client events
- Conduct background research and analysis on prospects, competitors and market trends
- Help monitor and report on sales activity, flows, and KPIs
Candidate Profile:
- Native French speaker; fluent in English
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in asset management, wealth management, or a client support function.
- Must have at least financial services internship experience, ideally a year in a relevant industry.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
