An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic front office Executive Director to drive innovation and excellence in trading capabilities at a prominent investment management firm. We are seeking a Global Head of Trading Operations to lead transformative initiatives across the global trading platform. Who We’re Looking For: We need a dynamic, forward-thinking professional who can: Lead complex change management initiatives Navigate sophisticated multi-asset trading environments Assist in developing and implementing a new operating model of trading, then guide the implementation. Drive technological transformation Demonstrate exceptional governance and regulatory expertise Shape the future of trading operations across discretionary and systematic strategies (equities, fixed income, FX etc) Oversee technology platform development and migration Build close working relationships with all the asset class specific Heads of Trading, and the change and technology teams. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence Lead the Trading Oversight function Represent trading interests across global business forums Ideal Candidate Profile Senior executive with extensive trading operations and front office experience Deep understanding of investment management, and the trading infrastructure and wider market.
