About the Role

As a Client Service Analyst, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team that supports the wider sales and investment function. The role combines elements of client servicing, data management, and reporting, giving you a broad view of how an investment business operates day to day.

You’ll act as a first point of contact for client and adviser queries, help manage reporting cycles, and contribute to internal projects that drive efficiency and improve service delivery. It’s a varied, dynamic position offering genuine scope to shape your own path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to client and adviser queries by phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Producing, checking, and distributing client reports and materials with a strong focus on accuracy and presentation
  • Working closely with sales, operations, and investment teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assisting with regulatory and Consumer Duty reporting
  • Maintaining CRM data and supporting process enhancements across the team
  • Contributing ideas for service improvement and client engagement initiatives

About You

This role suits someone detail-focused, confident, and eager to learn. It would equally suit a bright graduate with relevant internship experience or a professional with up to 2–3 years in financial services or another analytical, client-facing setting.
