Leverton Rose are working in partnership with a company based near Bingham, Nottinghamshire that provide a professional service in garden design, construction and maintenance to find them a Soft Landscaping/Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis. If you have experience in horticulture with good plant knowledge and want to manage a small, dynamic team, this is a fantastic opportunity to head up an expanding soft landscaping/garden maintenance team. This is a hands-on gardening role and is great for someone who enjoys working outside in a variety of settings, both residential and commercial.
Essential
- Experience in horticulture and garden maintenance
- Comprehensive plant knowledge
- Skilled in the use of garden machinery
- Applicants must be able to plan and delegate work within their team
- Must be conscientious, hardworking and able to thrive on physical labour
- A keen and willing attitude with an eagerness to apply your skills
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Experience of scheduling/planning upcoming work
