What We Are Looking For:
- A warm and nurturing practitioner with a deep passion for early childhood education
- Someone who is Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Someone who thrives in a child-led environment, supporting learning through play,exploration and discovery
- A reflective and proactive team player, keen to grow and develop both professionally andwithin our nursery
- A practitioner with a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice andearly years pedagogy
- A commitment to enabling our provision to flourish, always striving for excellence
- Familiarity or interest in inquiry-based learning, natural resources, enabling environments,and sustained shared thinking
