Following the launch of the Marketspace platform, Leversys is entering an exciting scale‑up phase, aiming to play a leading role in the digitalization of the convertibles market.
This creates opportunities for team members to make a meaningful impact while growing alongside the business as the product offering continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a multi‑functional team that covers client services, client success and analysis, setup, and maintenance of convertible bonds.
- Within three months, complete the onboarding process that includes training about convertible bonds and financial markets, internal processes, products, and services and how we help our clients.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the convertible bond asset class, different structures and prospectus language, valuation models, and the impact of various features on theoretical pricing.
- Start contributing to our data and research service activities after the initial training.
- Begin to support clients in their use of our products as you gain a better understanding of our products.
- Expand your work to ensure that clients successfully use and get the most value from our products and services as your knowledge of clients, their requirements, and use cases increases.
- Help the product development team with new ideas, requirements, specifications, and testing in spare work time.
- Expand knowledge into other asset classes and front‑to‑back functions as your career progresses within Leversys.
- Become a convertible bonds expert, acquire knowledge of other financial instruments and capital markets front‑to‑back functions, develop strong client communication and engagement skills, and build relationships with clients.
- Develop your career within the client and data team, with a pathway into the product development team for those with the skills and aptitude for product ownership.

- Previous relevant experience is welcome, as are graduates with no prior experience.
