We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher, under the guidance of teaching/senior staff. The role will include the implementing of work programmes and assisting students in relevant activities, in line with their needs and school policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher, under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.
  • Implement work programmes and assist students in relevant activities, in line with their needs and school policies and procedures.
  • Undertake administrative duties, support in class, exam invigilation and school break and lunchtime duties.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate degree or HLTA status.
  • Significant school experience.
