At every level, our Brand Managers are responsible for helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands. What changes between levels is the scope of ownership, strategic depth, and leadership responsibility.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Content Strategy & Quality: Setting content direction, reviewing work, and ensuring every piece published aligns with the client’s brand strategy and voice.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted partner to clients - understanding their goals, communicating clearly, and delivering results they can see.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm, content formats, and engagement patterns. You understand why certain content performs and can predict what will resonate.
- Analytical Thinking: Using data to inform decisions, spotting trends across your portfolio, and translating insights into action.

Junior Brand Manager
- Compensation: ~£25,000–£30,000
- Key Responsibilities:
- Draft LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and supporting content under the guidance of your Brand Manager.
- Research trending topics, competitor activity, and audience insights to feed into content strategy.
- Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure everything goes live on time and error‑free.
- Pull weekly performance data, prepare reports, and flag notable trends to your Brand Manager.
- Draft client updates, take notes on strategy calls, and support day‑to‑day communication under supervision.
- Actively build your knowledge of LinkedIn, personal branding, and content strategy through hands‑on experience.
Ideal Candidate
- 0–1 years of experience in content, social media, or marketing.
- Strong writing ability with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Genuine interest in LinkedIn, personal branding, and the creator economy.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn from experienced team members.

Brand Manager (Mid‑Level)
- Compensation: ~£30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own the content strategy for your assigned clients.
- Act as the day‑to‑day contact for your clients.
- Review and approve all content before it goes live.
- Monitor analytics, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Designers and Writers within your pod to deliver cohesive, high‑quality work across all platforms.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements that benefit your clients and the wider team.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2+ years of proven LinkedIn or social media marketing experience with measurable results.
- Excellent writer who can match different client voices and create compelling narratives.
- Strong communicator – you make clients feel heard and taken care of.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with data and using it to inform content decisions.
- Reliable and detail‑oriented – you catch errors before they become problems.
- Can manage multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball.
Senior Brand Manager
- Compensation: ~£36,000–£42,000 depending on experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own comprehensive personal brand strategies for high‑value clients.
- Lead your own client pod – managing a Content Writer and Designer.
- Lead all client strategy calls, handle complex situations independently.
- Become the go‑to expert in a specific area.
- Help newer team members develop their skills.

- 2–3+ years of demonstrated success growing LinkedIn accounts with measurable results.
