We manage the personal brands of some of the most interesting founders in the world - across LinkedIn, newsletters, and Instagram. We're looking for the right person, not the right CV. At every level, our Brand Managers are responsible for helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands. What changes between levels is the scope of ownership, strategic depth, and leadership responsibility.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)- Content Strategy & Quality: Setting content direction, reviewing work, and ensuring every piece published aligns with the client's brand strategy and voice.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted partner to clients – understanding their goals, communicating clearly, and delivering results they can see.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm, content formats, and engagement patterns.
- Analytical Thinking: Using data to inform decisions, spotting trends across your portfolio, and translating insights into action.
- Critical & Analytical Thinking: Questioning assumptions, interrogating data, and using answers to make smarter decisions for your clients.
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt: Excited by new technology, eager to experiment, and ready to pick up new skills as the agency evolves.
