Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Content Strategy & Quality: Setting content direction, reviewing work, and ensuring every piece published aligns with the client’s brand strategy and voice.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted partner to clients - understanding their goals, communicating clearly, and delivering results they can see.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm, content formats, and engagement patterns. You understand why certain content performs and can predict what will resonate.
- Analytical Thinking: Using data to inform decisions, spotting trends across your portfolio, and translating insights into action.
- Critical & Analytical Thinking: We need thinkers. People who question assumptions, interrogate data, and don’t just accept things at face value. You should be the kind of person who asks "why is this working?" just as often as "why isn’t this working?" - and uses the answer to make smarter decisions for your clients.
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt: We’re growing fast. New tools, new platforms, new services - things move quickly here. You’re not someone who clings to "how we’ve always done it." You’re excited by new technology, eager to experiment, and ready to pick up new skills as the agency evolves.

- Independent decision‑making: You don’t need approval for every tactical move. You understand strategy well enough to make judgment calls that keep clients happy and work moving forward.
- Calm under pressure: When a client is unhappy, a launch goes sideways, or everything needs to happen at once, you stay calm and fix it.
- Proactive thinking: You’re not just executing this week’s content - you’re thinking about quarterly goals, spotting risks, and bringing solutions before anyone asks.
About Us
Lever Brands is a rapidly growing agency co‑founded by Chris Donnelly, Nader Alnajjar, and Thomas Pearce, with a mission to help entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands.
Our Mission
- Business: We’re selective about who we work with - and that’s by design. We don’t take on everyone who comes to us. We choose founders we genuinely believe in, people doing exceptional work who we want to go on a journey with. Quality over quantity, always.
- Culture: Our #1 priority is our team. We hire for passion and attitude over experience and CVs. When you join Lever, you’re not filling a role - you’re becoming part of a team where everyone genuinely helps each other.
- Giving Back: We want to do good in the world - both through the clients we choose to work with and through our own initiatives.
