We're looking for Social Media Managers with experience building brands across Instagram and TikTok to join our rapidly growing agency. We manage the personal brands of some of the most interesting founders in the world - across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters. We're looking for the right person, not the right CV. Whether you're just starting out or ready to lead an entire book of business, if you're passionate about content creation, we want to hear from you.

About The Role

Our Brand Managers are responsible for helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands. You’ll be working directly with our team of Account Directors, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Community Managers to coordinate and deliver content for a number of clients.

About you

You don’t need a set number of years of experience or any particular qualifications. We’re looking for people who love making content and have a track record of growing brands on Instagram and/or TikTok. Maybe you’ve managed founder/creator accounts. Maybe you’ve grown company accounts that took a human-first approach. Or maybe you’ve grown your own channel as a creator. The point is, it doesn’t matter where or how your experience was earned. If you ‘get’ short‑form content and have had success growing accounts, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Quality Control: Setting content direction, reviewing work, and ensuring every piece published aligns with the client's brand strategy and voice.
  • Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted partner to clients – understanding their goals, communicating clearly, and delivering results they can see.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram and/or TikTok’s algorithm, content formats, and engagement patterns.
  • Critical & Analytical Thinking: We need thinkers who question assumptions, interrogate data, and use the answers to make smarter decisions for clients.
  • Willingness to Learn & Adapt: You're excited by new technology, eager to experiment, and ready to pick up new skills as the agency evolves.

  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn from experienced team members
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly on your work
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with data and using it to inform content decisions
  • Reliable and detail‑oriented – you catch errors before they become problems
  • Can manage multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball

Compensation: £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
