We are looking for a creative and consistent Graphic Designer with a strong design philosophy to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with up to 6 clients as part of a ‘pod’, creating eye-catching social media visuals that align with each client’s identity. You’ll be responsible for designing infographics, carousels, and visual assets for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Your Responsibilities
- Design Creative Social Media Assets: Create stunning designs for LinkedIn, including carousels, infographics, and quote graphics.
- Maintain a consistent design philosophy across client projects while ensuring each client’s unique identity shines through.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the Content Team: Work closely with brand manager and content writer to bring design ideas to life based on client needs and brand guidelines.
Key Skills We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma: This is where we create and manage all client designs (This skill is very important).
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a strong plus.
