The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, securing, and optimizing enterprise IT operations. This includes end‑user system support, infrastructure maintenance, IT asset lifecycle management, and leadership of junior team members. - Familiarity with IT asset management platforms (e.g., SNIPE, JSM, JIRA).
