This regional sales & business development role may be based in London, or any other major cities in the United Kingdom (e. g. Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, etc.), while working home-office. This role can either be a full-time or part-time

(sales agent or regional representative), under business consulting agreement. The incumbent is to actively develop new fashion brand clients (B2B ODM or OEM service model) across different apparel categories such as knitwear, woven, athleisure, lingerie, denim, etc. in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Oversee commercial performance. Achieve region-specific sales revenue and profit targets.
  • 2.

Research and analyze market trend and customers’ needs.

Develop new clientele to support market expansion.

Promote apparel ODM or OEM services to local fashion brands, and manage brand customer relationship (design team, buying team, production team, etc.).

Align sales & marketing strategies with the merchandising teams in Lever Style.

Formulate, fine-tune and implement sales & marketing programs to address country-specific requirements.

Collaborate with merchandising & marketing teams in China, ASEAN and South Asia for production order execution.

Liaise with supporting departments in South Asia and Southeast Asia to support clients business needs.

  • 5. Define and deploy pricing policy and product strategy to maintain the competitive edge of the business.
  • 6. Liaise with fashion design and product development for fashion capsule or new season collection and new category opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor degree or above.
  • 2. Over 10 years experience in fashion & apparel industry

, and well-versed with apparel / garment sourcing or textile supply chain with both suppliers (manufacturers) and fashion brands (buyers)

  • 3. A track record of business development in the United Kingdom and/or Europe is a must.
  • 4. Sound knowledge in key account management, marketing communication, negotiation, and cross-border e-commerce.
